Cols has a degree in Human Resources & Management and over 20 years’ experience working in the HR space. Her expertise includes working for several different sectors here in New Zealand and the UK.
As the title suggest, Cols role is centred on all things ‘people’ and ‘culture’. Her key focuses include people strategy to support the business, learning and development, health, safety & wellbeing and leadership capability.
Cols is perfect for the role as she has a real passion for people and creating an environment where our people can succeed.
One aspect she’s excited about in her role, is putting her steelcaps on and getting out in the field and seeing the incredible work the team do to keep people safe.
When asked what she enjoys about the company, Cols said it’s awesome to be part of a New Zealand success story; a family run company who have built the business from the ground up and who create opportunities for people.
