Traffic Management Plan (TMP) Designer

Ram comes into traffic management from previous roles in Civil Engineering. He is an approved NZTA Temporary Traffic Management Planner (TTMP) and is a real asset to the Road Safe team.

As a TMP Designer, Ram has an especially important job to play as his plans are used to manage projects safely and smoothy, as well as ensuring they are compliant to NZTA regulations and relevant Code of Practices. He is responsible for initiating drawings, working with the Road Staff team and third parties like councils and clients. When creating the TMP’s, Ram needs to consider a number of factors and access points including traffic flow, cyclists, pedestrians, taxis, buses and hotels for event, roading and civil traffic management projects.
