Reilly Green
Tauranga Operations Supervisor
Reilly brings great knowledge and experience to this role. He started off as a civil engineering student, was introduced to the traffic management industry and has never looked back. Working in different roles within the industry, he then joined Road Safe in 2019 as a STMS and has worked his way up to Operations Supervisor.
Key responsibilities for Reilly include communication with the client and making sure they are kept up to date. Also, Reilly is involved in getting the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) approved and making sure it’s aligned to what the client requires and updating the relevant external stakeholders as well as those internally.
When it comes to Reilly’s role of Operations Supervisor, he most enjoys the variation - things change often and his day never looks the same, it’s always different. He thrives on being busy, so this role suits him well!
In Reilly’s own words he says everything about Road Safe is “awesome!”. He explains it’s a number of things including the great culture, the family orientated environment, the management and that everyone from the ground up is in this together.
