Road Safe Introduces New Operations Manager for Tauranga

We’re excited to introduce you to Paul Kelly, our Operations Manager for Tauranga. This is a key role for our business, which is why we’re thrilled to have someone with Paul’s experience and personality on board!

Paul comes to us with many years’ experience in the industry, including the last seven years as Operations Officer at McLeod Cranes.

He is super calm, extremely organised and very personable, which are ideal traits for the role.

In Paul’s role as Tauranga Operations Manager, he’s kept busy with project scheduling, forecasting and people management. Another key focus is building relationships with the team within Road Safe as well as with our clients.

Our company motto of ‘Great People, Doing Great Things’ really resonates for Paul. He says “I’m really proud of the team, they get the mahi done! I’m enjoying being involved in the growth and development of the team too”.  And of the company itself, Paul elaborates
