Natasha Rice

General Manager

Natasha’s experience of running a business in civil construction, as well as her university qualification in Business Studies, is exceptionally beneficial in her role as General Manager.

Her role involves all the typical GM duties as well as a massive focus on people. Natasha is responsible for managing the managers but does so in a way where she empowers them to be great leaders for their teams.

Natasha loves the variety of work in her role and the fact that no one day is the same. In regard to working at Road Safe, she enjoys working with a great bunch of people and that everyone works together to achieve great results. She gets a great sense of pride for working in a company where the focus is to lift the industry standard, one site at a time.
