Steph brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Road Safe. She worked in the logging and transport sector for six years, where her focus was on all things people including providing a safe positive environment for all.
The title of her role sums up what Steph is focused on – people, culture and safety. Steph is also responsible for document control and making sure safety policies and processes are in place and are being adhered to.
Steph enjoys the supportive network at Road Safe, as well as the diversity in her role. Having a job which combines traditional HR elements and health, safety and wellbeing is just perfect for Steph!
